CONVENTION COUNTDOWN
Next week's Newsflash will be the last before the Convention, it will include details of the Welcome Desk and General Housekeeping information for your arrival at the hotel. We now have 57 members registered to attend the Convention. This will be our biggest crowd for many a year. Also, as you will see below, 24 have opted to travel to Coventry on the Friday and stay overnight.
A lot of work goes into making up the packs and getting them to the Hotel on time. As such I have now set a closing date of Friday 28th March for registering to attend the Convention.
The following people are attending the Convention but have not requested accommodation:

CONVENTION
Four people who requested accommodation have yet to pay for it. If you are one of these people could you please send a cheque this week.
THERE IS NO LUNCH AVAILABLE ON SATURDAY AT THE HOTEL. Please bear this in mind.
Sunday lunch is available, please book on arrival.
Some excursions will be arranged for Saturday evening. This may take the form of a Chinese or Indian meal, a trip to Coventry Dogs or possibly the cinema. A list will be available on reception and you
have until 3pm to decide.
Normally on Friday a trip to a local steakhouse is organised, however I am not taking responsibility for sorting this out.

BAFL LEAGUE – FEES PAYMENT DETAILS
All teams in the Senior League will pay officials on the day. All teams except Colchester will also pay the BAFRA fee on the day. Colchester will be paying the BAFRA fee up front.
With regard to BUAFL teams, only Hull have not paid. They will not be covered next season, unless they agree to a bond. Plymouth and Surrey owe BAFRA money, this is a result of cancelled games.
