• In particular, the rule that a player is automatically disqualified for a second UNS foul
4. Consider rules changes proposals for 2006
1. NCAA 2005 rules changes
2. Change to medical facilities rule
3. Changes to improve game management
4. Adopt 5-on-5 kitted rules
5. Final voting on rules changes for 2006
6. Agree points of emphasis for 2006
7. Production of the rulebook (editing; printing; paying for)
8. Notification of changes to officials, teams, coaches, etc.
9. Any other business
10. Date of next meeting: propose Saturday 28th October 2006

The Rules Committee will only consider rules changes proposed by the deadline of Sunday 6th November 2005. Proposals made after this date will be held over for 2007.
